A dynamic addition to the team
At All Access, we're steadfast in our mission to tackle spiritual and physical poverty. We're excited to announce Paul Norell as our new Chief Impact Officer. His broad experience spans both corporate success and nonprofit impact. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Paul was nurtured in a family that valued faith—an influence seen in his brothers’ missionary work. This upbringing not only provided him with rich spiritual roots but also instilled a deep-seated commitment to meaningful causes.
Paul's educational pursuits led him to Oral Roberts University, where he connected with his future wife, Kiki. They later settled in Minneapolis to start their family, embracing the Midwest, despite the chill. With a career trajectory starting at a major advertising agency, Paul soon climbed the ranks at NordicTrack. He contributed to substantial growth and innovation at Novus—a print media brokerage—eventually overseeing its acquisition by Omnicom. His corporate journey, though rewarding, made him long for opportunities to apply his skills towards greater societal good.
A career transition fueled by purpose
Paul’s transition to the nonprofit sector brought him to the National Christian Foundation (NCF), where he honed his expertise in donor-advised funds and charitable taxation—a complex, yet essential, aspect of impactful giving. Recognizing his craving for work with tangible significance, he joined Lionheart Children's Academy, a venture utilizing church spaces for childcare, thereby strengthening community bonds. It was during this pivotal moment that Paul connected with Lane Kipp. Their shared values and vision for systemic change sparked Paul’s interest in All Access—a platform that uniquely merged his business acumen with a desire for impactful philanthropy.
Paul admires All Access's progressive methods, especially our commitment to transparency and efficiency. He respects our 100% fund allocation model—an approach that has profoundly impressed all who learn of it. With Paul's guidance, All Access is positioned to bolster its mission, expanding our outreach and impact. His personal experience underscores our commitment to maximizing resources to drive substantial change in underserved regions.
A focus on impact
As our Chief Impact Officer, Paul is instrumental in developing relationships with members and potential donors. He's committed to understanding their charitable aims and effectively guiding them through our giving processes. Paul's background merging successful entrepreneurship with impactful giving primes him to build strong partnerships, ensuring donor contributions create meaningful outcomes in targeted communities.
At All Access, our strategic approach utilizes robust analytics to identify high-impact programs for funding. This data-driven model aligns with Paul’s dedication to effective philanthropy, making his role indispensable. The meticulous vetting process he champions guarantees that every dollar is spent wisely, reinforcing donor trust and satisfaction.
Paul’s daily work involves engaging prospective supporters with All Access's mission and illustrating the transformative power of collective giving. By emphasizing donor concerns and aligning them with our model's strengths, Paul helps each supporter envision their contribution's direct impact on systemic issues. It’s an approach resonating particularly well with younger professionals eager to maximize their societal contributions.
